Younes Gharbi’s main area of expertise is litigation. He regularly assists private and institutional clients in proceedings involving general criminal law, white collar crime, juvenile criminal law, road traffic law and civil service law. He also assists his clients in the fields of family law, employment law and lease law. Admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2023, Younes Gharbi joined Keppeler Avocats as an associate the same year, after completing his legal training. Before becoming a lawyer, he served for 13 years in the Geneva police. At the same time, Younes Gharbi was an assistant in the Criminal Law Department at the University of Geneva for three years. He works in French, Spanish and English. He is a member of the Geneva Bar Association and the Swiss Bar Association.
