Pascal Maurer’s practice focuses on general criminal law, white collar crime, international mutual assistance in criminal and administrative matters, as well as family, inheritance and employment law. He advises and represents private and institutional clients, both Swiss and international, in complex and sensitive proceedings. Admitted to the Geneva Bar in 1973, Pascal Maurer is also Honorary President of the Union Internationale des Avocats, where he has held several executive positions, and a former President of the Fédération des Barreaux d’Europe.
