Doctor of Law (PhD)

Camilla Jacquemoud assists public authorities, associations and private individuals in matters of constitutional and administrative law, particularly in the field of political rights. She also provides legal representation and advice, mainly in the fields of general criminal law, white-collar crime, contract law and insolvency law.

Alongside her work as a lawyer, she is lecturer at the Geneva Bar School (Ecole d’avocature, ECAV) of the University of Geneva and teaches constitutional law and the legal protection of the minimum subsistence at the Universities of Fribourg and Geneva. She is also the author of several publications on public law and regularly gives lectures and presentations in this field.

Camilla Jacquemoud holds a Doctor of Law (PhD)in constitutional law and was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2022. She joined Keppeler Avocats in 2023 as an associate, after completing her legal traineeship with the firm. She works in French, English and German. She is a member of several professional associations, including the Geneva Bar Association, the Swiss Bar Association, the Association romande des spécialistes en droit pénal. She also serves on the committees of the Geneva Business Law Association (AGDA) and Avocat·e·s pour le climat.
