Mitra Sohrabi mainly handles complex criminal law cases, with particular expertise in business crime and international criminal assistance. She also advises clients on contract law, inheritance law and philanthropy. Admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2009, Mitra Sohrabi has a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach, responding to her clients’ immediate and strategic needs. She further strengthened her expertise by specializing in criminal law in 2019 and completing a Master Class in philanthropy in 2023. She works in French, English and Persian. Mitra Sohrabi’s strong commitment to the profession has led her to become a member of the Geneva Bar Association’s Young Bar Committee and the Comité de la lettre du Conseil. She is also a member of the Geneva Bar Association, the Swiss Bar association, the Association romande des spécialistes en Droit pénal, the Association genevoise de droit des affaires and serves in the criminal law commission of the Geneva Bar Association.
