Fabio Spirgi’s practice focuses on corporate and contract law. He advises Swiss and international clients, both institutional and private. He is particularly involved in mergers and acquisitions, as well as in the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts, including share sales and shareholders’ agreements. Fabio Spirgi also represents clients in commercial disputes before state courts and in arbitrations. Admitted to the Geneva Bar in 1986 and to the New York Bar in 1989, Fabio Spirgi practices in French and English. Meticulous, diligent and pragmatic, he stands out for his efficient, client-focused approach. He is a member of the Geneva Bar Association, where he has served on the Board, as well as the Swiss Bar Association, the Swiss Arbitration Association, the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
