LL.M. International Business Law (King’s College London)
Célia Huart’s practice focuses primarily on business law (contract law, corporate law, debt enforcement, and bankruptcy) and commercial arbitration. She represents both institutional and private clients in commercial litigation and on strategic matters outside of any dispute.
She previously worked in the international arbitration department of a Geneva law firm and at the Geneva State Chancellery before joining Keppeler Avocats as an associate lawyer in 2021. In addition to her legal practice, Célia Huart is a legal instructor at the Foundation for Adult Education (IFAGE).
Holding a Master of Laws degree from the University of Neuchâtel and an LL.M. in International Business Law from King’s College London, Célia Huart also studied at the University of Heidelberg (Germany).
She practices in French, English, and German.
Célia Huart is a member of the Geneva Bar Association, the Swiss Bar Association, and the Geneva Business Law Association.
Célia Huart also serves as a commissioner on the Central Electoral Commission (CEC).
