Mathias Zinggeler mainly practices in construction and real estate law, with a strong focus on contracts for work and services, architect and engineer mandates, lease, public procurement, and building permit procedures. He regularly assists his clients at every stage in the creation, restructuring and management of their businesses. Mathias Zinggeler also represents his clients in business crime proceedings, particularly in the real estate sector. Admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2016, he obtained his FSA specialization in construction and real estate law in 2024. Mathias Zinggeler works in French, Portuguese and English. He is a member of the Geneva Bar Association, the Swiss Bar Association and the Chamber of Lawyers specializing in construction and real estate law. Diligent and committed, Mathias Zinggeler is recognized for his ability to provide effective, tailor-made solutions to his customers.
Alongside his position within our Firm, Mathias Zinggeler serves as an associate judge representing the real estate sector within the Tenancy and Leasehold Chamber of the Court of Justice, the highest cantonal authority in the field. He is also an elected member of the Municipal Council of the commune of Anières, where he chairs the Urban Planning and Construction Commission.
