For nearly 20 years, Mitra Sohrabi defends company directors and businesses in economic criminal proceedings. Complex cases, where strategy is decisive, are at the heart of her practice.<\/p>\n

She brings an asset rarely found in a criminal lawyer. As a company board member, she has herself made decisions that commit a business. From that experience comes her way of working: starting from what the director is going through, not only from what the judge will say.<\/p>\n

This dual perspective allows her to act at every stage \u2014 once proceedings are under way, but also when an internal investigation or a governance decision can still change the course of events. Her practice rests on a simple idea: to serve the client’s interests through proven skills and a relationship of trust.<\/p>\n

Mitra Sohrabi mainly practises in business crime. She also advises clients in contract law and inheritance law, and foundations and families structuring their philanthropic commitments. She works in French, English and Persian.<\/p>\n

Master Class in Philanthropy (2023). Certified SBA Specialist in Criminal Law (2019).
